Happy Friday beautiful people! Today, we’re headed to the south east side of London to a town in Surrey called Farnham,. I’ve always wanted to visit the U.K; particularly London but and was happy to get a glimpse of this gorgeous venue, Northbrook Park which isn’t too far from London. It’s quite a romantic space filled with countryside views and suitable for both a reception and wedding ceremony. We can see why Melissa and Ben chose it as their venue. Their African wedding was filled with so much culture and laughter amongst their family and friends, it’s hard not to wish you weren’t there! If the pictures from York Place Studios don’t tell enough be sure to check out the video from their sister company, York Place Films.
From the Photographer:
Ben and Melissa’s beautiful English/African wedding took place at the stunning Northbrook Park. We adored being a part of this wedding and everyone was such fun to be around (the bridesmaids and groomsmen were hilarious and had ALL the moves in the group shots!) The ceremony was so beautiful and heartfelt and filled with soulful singing and rejoicing throughout. The incredibly emotional speeches inspired many a tear and featured a special piece of performance poetry inspired by the couple and written and performed by one of their good friends. Throughout the day (and into the early hours with their epic after party) Ben and Melissa were an absolute delight to photograph and it was a real privilege to document and be a part of such a special event.”
